What’s Included
The Pavilion & Patio
The Pavilion was moved from the historic Hemenway family dairy a few miles away. Open on all four sides, views of the surrounding hills and fields become the backdrop to your ceremony or cocktail hour. Step out onto the sprawling slate patio where you and your guests can gather around our handmade stone fire-pits. In the colder months the pavilion is enclosed with glass, allowing for a romantic heated ceremony.
The Yellow Barn
The Yellow Barn can accommodate up to 200 for dinner and dancing. It features 4,000 square feet of indoor space with 33-foot cathedral ceilings, air conditioning, radiant floor heating, four restrooms, and a full bar. The many windows let the natural light and stars in, while the original exposed beams and hand-wrought chandeliers with alabaster candles transport you to another time.
The Love Nest
Located on the second floor of the Yellow Barn, is one of our private suites known as the Love Nest. This space is perfect gathering space for post-hair and make up and pre-photos and can also be a romantic getaway during the wedding and a perfect spot for pictures.
The Cider Bar
The hand-built natural stone cider bar welcomes your guests as they arrive. It serves as a space for the one half of the wedding party to hang out, get ready (while the other half is in the Love Nest), or just relax with loved ones. The space features a leather couch and club chairs, custom built walnut bar, outdoor patio, and sound system - everything needed for a memorable and relaxing time.
The Baldwin Loft
Our Baldwin Loft hair and makeup suites is specially designed to welcome beauty teams and all your crew with lots of natural light and a back patio overlooking the orchard. Amenities include full restroom with shower, lounge space, tea station, glassware, full length mirrors, hair and makeup stations, air conditioning and heat. Access the loft starting at 7am.
The Farm
You’ll have access to all of 140+ acres to explore for photos including hay fields, fruit orchards, crop fields and shaded woods. Guests are also welcome to roam during the evening with cocktails in hand.
Wedding Planning
Our wedding planning partnership allows you to be involved with designing an event you’re excited about while relying on our guidance and expertise. From the time of booking you’ll be assigned to one of our wedding planners who will help organize your big day, create and run the timeline, and carefully execute everything else.
During the wedding your planner along with 2 venue coordinators will take on the responsibility of ensuring that the event runs smoothly and efficiently from beginning to end. Having an experienced planner to manage the wedding allows you to simply enjoy your special day, not work it.

Furniture, Decor & Amenities
Our stock of hand-crafted wooden farm tables, cross-back chairs and ceremony benches can accommodate up-to 200 guests. The stone patio is outfitted with rustic high top and low top cocktail tables, Adirondack chairs, two custom-built fire pits and an outside bar.
We also make available our stock of decorations and props for your seating charts and other displays.
Other amenities include a fleet of golf carts, blankets for use during the chilly evenings by our handmade stone fire pits, wood-handled umbrellas in case of rain, parking lot attendant to greet guests and restroom attendants to make sure those stay tidy all evening.
Engagement Session
Spend an afternoon getting to know your photographer on the farm during your engagement session. Take the opportunity to experience the farm in another season and see all the special places tucked away in the far corners of the property.
Expert Planning
Upon booking, you’ll be paired with a dedicated wedding planner who will be by your side throughout the entire journey. From the initial consultation to the final farewell, your planner will work closely with you to bring your vision to life, offering expert advice and creative solutions along the way. They’ll manage the timeline, coordinate with vendors, and ensure that every detail is executed to perfection, allowing you to focus on enjoying your special day without any stress. Planning fees are included in the venue rate.
